Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your dryrobe®; if your item isn't quite right, you can return it within 30 days of receipt provided it is in its original, unused condition with tags attached. Our goal is to make the process as seamless as possible so you can get back to your outdoor adventures.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the dryrobe® in its original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags remain intact and the item is clean.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; we will process your refund within 7-10 business days of arrival.
